Education","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究では、まず文献検索を通して、「①複数担任間の連携・協働　②保育士間に求められるコミュニケーション　③組織文化の構築　④対等で尊重し合う関係の構築」の現状と課題について研究動向を分析したところ、13 件の学術論文を抽出し、４つの観点で分析を行い、以下のような結果を得た。\n①については、柔軟性のある職員関係の構築（他の保育者との相互理解等）が大切であり、ハード面よりもソフト面の改善や修正（今いるメンバーで知恵を出し合う等）、効果的な対話の必要性が明らかになった。　\n②については、初任保育士が感じる難しさは「保育士間の連携」であり、初任保育士と同僚のコミュニケーションのあり方が課題である。そのため、保育士間で対話しながら繰り返し子ども理解を重ねていくことが、課題の解消に繋がることが示唆された。\n③については、保育士が専門性を向上し続ける職場環境を構築するためには、お互いがエンパワーしていく関係によって成長し、「同僚性」を発揮したチーム保育を行うことの意義が指摘された。\n④については、様々な保育の経験を通して、子どもとの触れ合いが保育の視点を広げ、悩みや不安を共有し、支え合いが生まれていることが明らかにされており、共感的な応答が、保育士自身が支えられている実感に繋がっている点が非常に重視されていた。\n　そこで、これを踏まえ４つの観点からさらに筆者の考える乳児保育における保育士間のコミュニケーションに焦点をあてて考察したところ、「対話や語り合い」、その中での「対等な関係や尊重し合う関係」、「同僚性やエンパワーし合う関係」、「対話的な組織文化の構築」の重要性を指摘することができた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15043/00001025","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"大阪総合保育大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1881-6916","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"永井,
