Education","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の第一の目的は、教師を目指す大学生が理想とする教師像とはどのようなものかを明らかにすることであった。理想とする教師像については、PM理論のP機能とM機能を用いて測定した。第二の目的は、大学生の性格特性が、理想とする教師像にどのように影響しているのかを明らかにすることであった。性格特性についてはビッグファイブ理論で仮定されている勤勉性、外向性、情緒安定性、協調性、開放性の5要因を測定した。その結果、大学生はP機能よりもM機能の強い教師になることを理想としていることが認められた。しかし、高校生を調査協力者とした過去の研究では、M機能よりもP機能の強い教師を期待していることが認められている。このように研究間で結果が矛盾している原因として、高校生と大学生の視点の違いが、理想とする教師像の違いを生じたのだと仮定された。また、性格特性と教師像の関係について、外向性、情緒安定性、勤勉性の強い学生は、M機能だけでなく、P機能の強い教師を理想とすることが認められた。また、協調性の強い大学生はM機能の強い教師になることを期待し、開放性の強い学生はP機能の強い教師になることを期待していることが認められた。これらの結果については、学生の持つ性格特性が、教師への異なった価値観をもたらし、その価値観が理想とする教師像に影響したのだと解釈された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15043/00000907","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1881-6916","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"菊野,
